"My nickname for Mark is "The Divine Mr. M" for he truly allows himself to be a vessel through which the Divine flows. As a body worker, spiritual coach, and workshop facilitator Mark has stood in front of me inviting me to step forward into greater awareness of myself as a soul expressed in this physical form so that I may now love my 53-year old, overweight body exactly as it is. He has stood behind me pushing me to pass through old fears and long-held self-defeating beliefs that my life was too marked by sexual, physical and emotional abuse to be of any value to myself or others. And most blessedly, he has stood beside me and stayed with me as I struggled and doubted myself that healing and change was possible, and finally allowed myself to feel and express painful shame and guilt that, ultimately, turned out to be gifts that led to forgiveness of myself and others.
